 - Small & intermediate industrial cylinders are furnished complete with neckrings *, caps*, standard DOT markings, painted one standard color and certified by an independent inspection agency.  Plus (+) and Star (*) markings are provided upon  request, as permitted by DOT-3AA specifications.  
*Cylinders marked with an asterisk are furnished WITHOUT neckring and cap (available on request).
