Ray Homan Joins Taylor-Wharton
New Strategic Account Executive Brings Over Two Decades of Experience to the Beverage Carbonation and Cryo-Science Markets
Mechanicsburg, PA – (September 13, 2007): Taylor-Wharton, a Harsco GasServ company, has named Mr. Ray Homan as Strategic Account Executive to the company’s US Distributor network of Beverage Carbonation and Cryo-Science products. In his new position, Mr. Homan will report to Mr. Andy Pazahanick and will represent Taylor-Wharton’s industry leading Beverage Carbonation systems and Cryo-Science equipment throughout the USA.
Additionally, Ray will assume sales responsibilities in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean for T-W’s entire product line of high pressure and acetylene cylinders, cryogenic bulk tanks, cryogenic liquid storage and dispensing cylinders, packaged shielding gas systems and Sherwood’s extensive line of precision valve products. He will report to Mr. Scott Boyd, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, in his international capacity. Mr. Boyd commented that, “As a new member of our team. Ray has worked in the Industrial and Specialty gas industry for over twenty years as a Marketing and Sales Professional. Ray brings a successful track-record of developing successful strategies focused on increasing market share. Ray is currently based in Atlanta, GA, attended High School at Ramey Air force Base in Puerto Rico, and has a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University. During his career at Air Products and Liquid Carbonic, Ray has held numerous positions in Sales and National Accounts before moving into Executive Key Account Management. While at Airgas Ray was Vice President of Sales at Connecticut Airgas and was promoted into several national marketing roles to support the company’s bulk atmospheric and CO2 business.
